Clearwater HOG Chapter AGM – 29th March 2011

The Clearwater HOG Chapter AGM will take place at the Dealership on the 29th March at 18h00.

The new team of Primary Officers (PO’s) will be voted in by the Members and they will in turn select the new team of Secondary Officers, all of whom will serve the Chapter for the next 2 years.

Paid up members may nominate any other paid up member and nomination forms are available at the Dealership or from the HOG Office.

Please note that all Nominees MUST agree to their nomination and sign the Nomination Form with their membership details etc.
